With over 20 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, as clinical Director Julie is responsible for overseeing clinical activities as well as managing an Occupational Physiotherapy caseload.  

We are fortunate to have attracted and retained a core team of professionals who have similar ideals and are self-motivated to exceed clients expectations at all times.  We call this 'Getting the right people on the bus!'  We will allways go the extra mile and are rewarded by the loyalty of both our staff and our clients.

Caroline joined Pen Y Lôn as an experienced Occupational Physiotherapist in 2005. As a senior member of the physiotherapy team Caroline is responsible for mentoring for staff, providing physiotherapy treatment in the clinic setting, delivering Occupational Physiotherapy, Ergonomic Workplace Assessment, Manual Handling and Postural Training.
